SUMMERY
Thousands of patients a year who need an operation will likely have a shorter wait under the Federal government's reform. However Dr Peter Flynn is not sure how much the hospital and patients will benefit of this and he said that we might don't know about the details until we sign the papers.NSW health figures show that only 64% of the 13.000 patients who attended between October and December last year were seen in the recommended times.
Personal Reflection
I strongly believe that this Health reform by Kevin Rudd's Government will make a huge differents in great number of patients who desperately waiting for their operation. The time waiting in emergancy is going to be half, despit of still patients need to wait long hours still but this reform is a good strat and they should continue working on it.
I also believe that we will benefit from this health reform - good personal reflection. Well done!
