Parramatta CBD is not a safe place anymore as teenagers gather around and smoke and do drugs in the streets in front of people. Also down out people who come to Parramatta to get a free meal causing a huge distribution in CBD. Council is strengthen the partnership with local police so, they can fix the problem as soon as possible.

Personal Reflection
I believe if local police and council get hand in hand they certainly can fix the problem. They can move the free meal to non residential area so, families with young kids will be more comfortable going out and just do basic every day life. Children can pick up bad behavior quickly and if local council and police don't take action immediately and remove all these people from residential area we will have more of them in a close future.

Thousands of patients a year who need an operation will likely have a shorter wait under the Federal government's reform. However Dr Peter Flynn is not sure how much the hospital and patients will benefit of this and he said that we might don't know about the details until we sign the papers.NSW health figures show that only 64% of the 13.000 patients who attended between October and December last year were seen in the recommended times.

Personal Reflection
I strongly believe that this Health reform by Kevin Rudd's Government will make a huge differents in great number of patients who desperately waiting for their operation. The time waiting in emergancy is going to be half, despit of still patients need to wait long hours still but this reform is a good strat and they should continue working on it.
